What to watch on TV tonight: Sunday

Here are the shows that will be on your Twitter timeline later.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The C Word (RTÉ One, 9.30pm)

If you missed this moving drama during its first outing on BBC earlier this year, catch it here. Sheridan Smith stars in this biopic of Lisa Lynch, a British journalist who chronicled her experience of breast cancer on her popular blog Alright Tit. #thecword

The X Factor (TV3, 8pm)

The new series got started off with a soft thud (rather than a bang) last night. In this episode, we meet even more hopefuls dying to get to Boot Camp. #xfactor

Garage (RTÉ2, 11.10pm)

Lenny Abrahamson directs Pat Shortt in a rare (at the time) dramatic role - the comedian plays Josie, a garage employee with a learning disability seeking friendship with the wrong people. #garage

Everybody’s talking about: #XFactor

The X Factor UK / YouTube

What’s a new series of the X Factor without a fix row? The latest one began right off the back of the first episode - Filipino girl group 4th Power wowed the judges, but it turns out they’ve already appeared on at least four other talent shows, and won three of them.

A spokesperson for the show has said that they did not approach the girls to audition, but that they came to the UK of their own accord. Hmm.
